We are obliged to fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.  This means we will offer a refund if a part/product is faulty and we cannot repair or replace it for you. We are not obligated to refund you if you change your mind on a purchase.  In some cases, a store credit will be given upon return of the goods in new condition (solely at our discretion).

Special Orders (These include 326Power parts, AG Wheels and Nia Body Kits purchased that aren't in stock with us and are ordered in specifically for customers) will not be refunded for any other reason other than those laid out in the CGA as it pertains to warranty/repair issues.

We are not obligated to refund any parts/orders if a customer changes their mind about a purchase.

Our Swift Dry Towel uses a special microfiber weave. This special design helps dry any surface in one movement because it grabs on to water particles!

It is Safe to use on your car, truck, jet ski, boat or even yourself.

The benefits the Swift Dry Towel has over Chamois is the 'zero wringing out' factor. This means you can dry your vehicle in one go without stopping! The Swift Dry Towel is super absorbent.  You can dry 3 - 4 vehicles before even needing to hang the towel to dry. 

Please give your towel a wash before use to get optimal results.

Washing:

Hand Washed: Towels are best hand washed if not dirty. Use warm water and work towel until any small amounts of dirt are gone. Dry in a well-ventilated spot under shade if possible.

Machine Wash: Use a cold or warm cycle, delicate, and a very small amount of liquid detergent. (DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTNER, as that will stop the towel from absorbing water.)

To wash your towel you have two choices. You can hand wash and we recommend this method if not towel is not dirty. Use warm water and work towel until any small amount of dirt is gone. Dry in a well-ventilated spot under shade if possible.
